David Silveria, former and original drummer of Korn, was arrested for a DUI at 10:45 am on Sunday morning in California. Huntington Beach cops were called to the scene after he accidentally rear-ended someone on his way to breakfast. After allegedly blowing a 0.0 on the Breathalyzer, cops decided to put him in cuffs after learning that he had taken a sleeping pill the night before for his insomnia.  He did not realize how tired he still was. He admits to TMZ, “It was an honest mistake.”

Korn will be invading the Paramount on May 8^th in Huntington, NY and they’ll be bringing some interesting company along for the ride. Jonathan Davis, Korn’s lead vocalist, has been declared commander general as he provides most of the entertainment for the “Path of Totality” Tour. Opening up for Korn will be his disc jockey alter-ego, “J Devil”, and dub-step sensation “Sluggo”.
