10 Years drops new single, "Backlash"
Knoxville, Tennessee native alt-rockers 10 Years recently announced that they’d be putting out their new record, “Minus The Machine” on July 31 via Palehorse Records, their own imprint on Warner Music Group. The successor to 2010’s “Feeding The Wolves”, which garnered critical acclaim, is gaining a lot of buzz due to the band’s increased amount of freedom in the writing and recording process.
The 1st single off the record, “Backlash”, was released moments ago via the band’s official Facebook page in conjunction with Monster Energy’s “Monster Music” page. “Backlash” is a fast-paced, charged track with the hard hit and heavy harmonies that fans have come to expect from the eccentric 4-piece. With drummer-turned-guitarist Brian Vodinh now returning to his spot behind the drum kit, its interesting to see what direction the record takes.
