Marilyn Manson, save for consistently being in the news for bedding beautiful young models, has been flying under the radar for the most part over the past couple of years. That, however, is changing in a big way of late as Manson prepares not only the release of "Born Villain, due out May 1, but has also been doing some high-profile collaborations.

Last September, Manson gave fans a taste of the new tunes in a rather interesting way: he teamed with "Transformers" actor Shia LeBeouf on a short-film for the title-track which was sexual, violent and everything in between. While that collaboration seemed to be out of left field to most people, the next collaboration would make perfect sense.

A few weeks back, Manson announced that actor/musician Johnny Depp would be working with him on a cover-version of Carly Simon's hit "You're So Vain" - which couldn't be a more unlikely song to cover. Though, when you consider how well Manson did with the adaptation of "Sweet Dreams", it begins to sound more appetizing.

The pair performed LIVE together at the 2012 Revolver Golden Gods Awards recently, and Depp showed any naysayers that he definitely has the chops to be on stage and isn't one of those actors that simply THINKS they can be a musician. (Depp was a musician prior to getting his acting break, in fact!)

Anyway - the track was released today via Manson's official website and can be viewed below. Hit the comment box at the bottom of the page and tell us what you think! Marilyn Manson and The Pretty Reckless at The Paramount in Huntingon, NY this Sunday, April 29. Tickets are still available here and the Tri-State Rock crew will be on hand - come hang out!
