Today the music world mourns the loss of not only a great musician, but a wonderfully talented ambassador to all music. We say farewell to Adam Yauch (more commonly known as the great MCA). Though the cause of death is not confirmed at this time, MCA was diagnosed and treated for a cancerous parotid gland and a lymph node and underwent surgery and radiation therapy back in 2009. He also became a vegan under advisement of his Tibetan doctors. (Watch the announcement below)

 

 

 

 

On this past Wednesday, we were given the sad and unfortunate news that famed producer and television personality, Dick Clark has passed away at the age of 82. He died of a heart attack following a medical procedure at Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, CA.
